Abstract
This research intends to analyze the influence of leadership style and work enthusiasm on the performance of Banyuasin Regency DPRD Secretariat Office employees. This research was conducted using the purposive sampling technique for collecting data. Data was obtained from 40 respondents at the Banyuasin Regency DPRD Secretariat Office. The data analysis used in this research includes a data quality test, a coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests. The results of this analysis conclude that leadership style and work enthusiasm have a significant effect on performance. The results of the partial significance test (t statistical test) from the research analysis and discussion show that: 1) Leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance; 2) Work morale has a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous significance test (f statistical test) show that: 3) Leadership style and work enthusiasm have a significant influence on the performance of Banyuasin Regency DPRD Secretariat Office employees
