Abstract

Human Resources are a determining factor for companies in achieving good performance. Performance is not just a result or achievement but an effort or action to produce something effectively and efficiently. To obtain complex information about employee performance, this research was carried out by analyzing several variables, with leadership style as the X1 variable and work motivation as the X2 variable and employee performance as the dependent variable Y. The research was conducted on 36 employees of CV Kurnia Abadi Palembang who be the respondent as well as the population. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, the regression equation is as follows Y = 2.425 + 0.435 + 0.128 + e meaning that leadership style influences performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.435 while work motivation influences performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.128. Furthermore, from the results of the coefficient of determination test (R square) it is 0.451 or 45.1%. This means that the leadership style and work motivation variables are able to explain variations in employee performance at CV Kurnia Abadi Palembang by 45.1%,
