PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PDAM LEMATANG ENIM CABANG GELUMBANG LEMBAK MUARA ENIM

Abstract
The aim of the research is to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of PDAM Lematang Enim Employees, Gelumbang Lembak Muara Enim Branch. The population of this study was all employees of PDAM Lematang Enim Gelumbang Lembak Muara Enim Branch and the sample used was also a population of 34 respondents. The results of the hypothesis test that the organizational culture variable influences employee performance where (α) sing = 0.000 (α < 0.05) with the magnitude of the influence of the organizational culture variable (X) with a calculated t value of 4.351, while the t table value is 2.028. The results of this research succeeded in supporting the hypothesis, that the organizational culture variable (X), partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test with a result (R2) of 0.391, the organizational culture variable has an influence of 39.1 percent on the performance of PDAM Lematang Enim employees and the remaining 60.9 percent is influenced by other variables.
