PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of PT employees. Indonesian Railways Division III Palembang partially and jointly. The number of samples in this study was 54 using the Solofin formula. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The instrument testing technique in this research is validity and reliability testing, while the data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and descriptive analysis. The research results show that the work environment influences employee performance.
