PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research aims to be able to carry out an analysis of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Palembang. This research used quantitative research methods by observing and distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents. Based on descriptive analysis, it shows that the employees of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Palembang has quite goog emotional intelligence, this can be seen from the majority of respondents, good responses to the statements regarding the research variables. There is an influence between emotional intellengence on employee performance at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Palembang. This can be seen from the magnitude of the simultaneous influence of 45,8% and the remaining 54,2%, there are other factors that are aoutside this research.
